1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the CUSTOMS ACT (CUSTOM DUTIES) ORDER, 2016.
2. Commencement and duration. This Order shall come into force on the 15th day of March, 2016 and expires on 31st day of December, 2018.
3. Definition. In this Order “Principal Act” means the Customs Act No. 9 of 2015.
4. Amendment of the Fifth schedule in the principal Act.
