A 415 2012 Compulsory Standards (No. 2) Order SRO. 33 GRENADA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 33 OF 2012 THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREIGN TRADE & EXPORT DEVELOPMENT, ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE GRENADA BUREAU OF STANDARDS, UNDER SECTION 18 (1) OF THE STANDARDS ACT, (CAP. 310) MAKES THE FOLLOWING ORDER– (Gazetted 14th December, 2012). 1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the– COMPULSORY STANDARDS (NO. 2) ORDER, 2012. 2. Compulsory Standard. On the recommendation of the Bureau the following standard is declared a compulsory standard: GDS 94: 2011 — Specification for Fruit and Vegetable Juices and Drinks, and Fruit Nectars. 3. Purpose of Standard. The purpose for which the standard is intended is to establish quality requirements for fruit juices, fruit and vegetable drinks and fruit nectars produced and or traded within Grenada. 4. Commencement. This order shall come into force on 3rd day of December, 2012. Made this 28th day of November, 2012. GEORGE PRIME Minister of Environment, Foreign Trade & Export Development.
