This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 7th October 2004. Additions to the list of prescribed conservation bodies 2. - (1) The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003[2] is amended in accordance with paragraph (2). (2) In Part II of the Schedule insert, in proper alphabetical order, the bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order.
