S T A T U T O R Y R U L E S O F N O R T H E R N I R E L A N D 1996 No. 399 Diseases of Animals (Modification) (No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 Modification of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 2. Schedule 2 to the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 shall be modified as follows: (a) in Part I (Power to Slaughter) the reference to Johne’s Disease shall be deleted from paragraph 10(1); (b) in Part II (Compensation in respect of the slaughter of animals and poultry) paragraph 10(2) shall be deleted.
