CBL 17-245 SEVENTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA SIXTH REGULAR SESSION, 2013 CONGRESSIONAL BILL NO. 17-216 PC NO. 17-363 PUBLIC LAW NO. 17-75 AN ACT To further amend title 55 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by repealing section 801 in its entirety, and for other purposes. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA: Section 1. Purpose. To eliminate the Chuuk State Commission 1 on Improvement Projects (“CSCIP”). 2 Section 2. Ninety (90) days after this act becomes law, 3 section 801 of title 55 of the Code of the Federated States of 4 Micronesia, as amended, is repealed in its entirety. 5 Section 3. Upon the elimination of the CSCIP, all assets of 6 CSCIP shall revert to the FSM National Government. 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 CONGRESSIONAL BILL NO. 17-216 PC NO. 17-363 PUBLIC LAW NO. 17-75 2 of 2 Section 4.
