I r TO AMEND THE WATERRESOURCE TAX PROMULGATION Short title and commencement 1. This Decree may be cited as the Water Resource Tax (Budget Amendment) Decree 2011, and comes into force on the day it is Gazetted. Schedule J amended 2. Schedule 1 of the Water Resource Tax Promulgation 2008 is amended by deleting the current table and .substituting Litres extracted monthly Rate (Cents per litre) 0-3,499,999 0.11 3,500,000 and above 15.0 Given under my hand this 31st day of December 2010.
