This Order may be cited as the Marine Spaces (Archipelagic Baselines and Exclusive Economic Zone) (Amendment) Order 2012, and shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. 2, The Marine Spaces (Archipelagic Baselines and Exclusive Economic Zone) Order shall be referred to as the "Plincipal Order". Amendment to all references to "paragraph" in the Principal Order 3. The Principal Order is amended by deleting "paragraph" wherever it appears and substinlting '·Order". 349 Order 2 amended 4. Order 2 of the Plincipal Order is amended by deleting (a) "World Geodetic System 1972 (WGS72) datum;' and substituting "International Tencstlial Reference System 2005 (ITRS2005) Geodetic Datum": and (b) " , minus 7 seconds oflatitude and 14 seconds ofLongitude in each case". New Order inserted 5. The Principal Order is amended by insetting the following new Order after Order 4 ''Territorial Seas Baselines oj Ceva-i-ra lsialld 5.
