EXTRAORDINARY 27 1 REPUBLIC OF FIJL ISLANDS GOVERNMENT GAZETTE PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY OF THE FIJI GOVERNMENT Vol. 13 FRIDAY, 9th MARCH 2012 No. 35 ~ 9 1 1 GOVERNMENT OF FIJI iTAUKEI LAND TRUST (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2012 (DECREE NO. 20 OF 20i2) I N exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Republic of Fiji and the Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree Short title atid cortunencement 1. This Decree may be cited as the iTaukei Land Trust (Amendment) Decree 2012 and shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. Section 19A arnendcd 2. Section 19A of the iTaukei Laud Trust Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting the words "Great Council of Chiefs" and substituting "iTaukei Affairs Board".
