231 GOVERNMENT OF FIJI GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT No. 19 FlU DAY. 15th AUGUST 2014 [LEGAL NOTtCE NO. 35] FOOD SAFETY ACr 2003 Food and Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2014 IN exercise of the powers conferred upon the Board by section 70 of the Food Safety Act 2003. the Board hereby make these Regulations Shorl/itle (lilt/ COIllIllt'lIct'melll I. These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on the datc of its publicalion in the Gazelle. Regll/ali(1/J 22 IIIIIt'w/ed 2. Regulation 22 of the Food and Safety Regulations 2009 is amendcd (a) in sub-paragraph (a) by deleting the word " cholesterol " ; (b) in sub-paragraph (aa) by (i) deleting the words "and type" after the word "amount"; and (ii) deleting the word "cholesterol " and substituting with the words "saturated fats, ullsaturated fats"; and (e) by deleting sub-paragraph (g).
