A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ETHIOPIA የኢُዮጵያ የ‫ ُץו‬ገበያ ‫ָםֳוֹ‬ጣን ‫גהּהּד‬ያ COMMODITY EXCHANGE AUTHORITY አዋጅን ֳ‫ ָָךָךד‬የወጣ አዋጅ ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION የኢُዮጵያ የ‫ُץו‬ ገበያ ‫ָםֳוֹ‬ጣን WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the ‫גהּהּד‬ያ አዋጅ ‫שּׁ‬ጥ‫ ץ‬5)$1/09)(9ን ‫ָָךָךד‬ Ethiopia Commodity Exchange Authority Establishment Proclamation No. 551/2007; በ‫ד‬ስፈֳጉ፣ NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article በኢُዮጵያ ፌዴ‫ֶף‬ዊ ዲ‫ז‬ክ‫תף‬ያዊ ‫ע‬ፐብֵክ 55 Sub-Article (1) of the Constitution of the Federal ሕገ ‫א‬ንግ‫ ُם‬አን‫שׂ‬ጽ $5 ንዑስ አን‫שׂ‬ጽ /1/ Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby ‫ ُנטא‬የ‫ג‬ከ‫ֳـ‬ው ٍውጇָ፡፡ proclaimed as follows: 1. አጭ‫ץ ץ‬ዕስ 1. Short Title ይֱ አዋጅ “የኢُዮጵያ የ‫ ُץו‬ገበያ ‫ָםֳוֹ‬ This Proclamation may be cited as “The Ethiopia ጣን ‫גהּהּד‬ያ አዋጅን ֳ‫ ָָךָךד‬የወጣ አዋጅ Commodity Exchange Authority Establishment Proclamation Amendment Proclamation No. 566/2008”. ‫שּׁ‬ጥ‫ ץ‬5)%6/2‫ـ ”ְֱך‬ብֹ ֵጠ‫שׂ‬ስ ይ٤ֶָ፡፡ 2. ‫ ָך ָך ד‬ያ 2. Amendment Sub-Article 2 (a) of Article 12 of the Ethiopia Commodity የኢُዮጵያ የ‫ ُץו‬ገበያ ‫ָםֳוֹ‬ጣን ‫הּהּד‬ Exchange Authority Establishment Proclamation ‫ג‬ያ አዋጅ ‫שּׁ‬ጥ‫ ץ‬5)$1/09)(9 እንደ‫ג‬ከ‫ֳـ‬ው No. 551/2007 is repealed and amended by the ‫ָֹֻּלָךـ‬፣ following new Sub-Article 2(a): 1/ የአ‫ץד‬ኛው አን‫שׂ‬ጽ 2 ንዑስ አን‫שׂ‬ጽ /1/ ‫ צֹּלـ‬በ‫ג‬ከ‫ֳـ‬ው አዲስ ንዑስ አን‫שׂ‬ጽ /1/ “a) employ and administer the employees of the Authority in accordance with directive to be ‫ــ‬ክָّ፣ approved by the Government following the basic principles of the Federal Civil Service “ 1/ “የክፍያ ‫א‬ፈጸ‫ג‬ያ ‫ ֳُד ”והּـ‬በ‫וֹ‬ Laws;” ֳ‫ָם‬ጣኑ ዕውቅና ያገኘ የኢُዮጵያ የ‫ו‬ ‫ ُץ‬ገበያ ወይ‫ ו‬የአገ‫ ץ‬ውስጥ ‫וֹ‬ንክ ወይ‫ו‬ ‫אـ‬ሳሳይ የፋይናንስ ‫ והּـ‬ነው፣” ÃNÇ êU nU¶T Uz¤È ±.œ.q.Ü *¹þ1 Unit Price Negarit G.
