A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE የንግድ ምዝገባና ፈቃድ አዋጅን ለማሻሻል የወጣ አዋጅ COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION AND BUSINESS LICENSING PROCLAMATION የንግድ ምዝገባና ፈቃድ አዋጅ ቁጥር WHEREAS, it has became necessary to 6)'6/2ሺ2ን ማሻሻል አስፈላጊ ሆኖ በመገኘቱ፤ amend the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation No. 686/2010; በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ $5(1) መሠረት የሚከተለው Article 55 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal ታውጇል፡፡ Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title 1. ›ß` `°e ይህ አዋጅ “የንግድ ምዝገባና ፈቃድ (ማሻሻያ) አዋጅ This Proclamation may be cited as the "Commercial ቁጥር 7)"1/2ሺ4” ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡ Registration and Business Licensing (Amendment) Proclamation No. 731/2012" 2. ማሻሻያ 2. Amendment የንግድ ምዝገባና ፈቃድ አዋጅ ቁጥር 6)'6/2ሺ2 The following new provision is added at the end of አንቀጽ 6 ንዑስ አንቀጽ (6) መጨረሻ ላይ sub-article (6) of Article 6 of the Commercial የሚከተለው አዲስ ሐረግ ተጨምሯል፡- Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation No. 686/2010: ÃNÇ êU nU¶T Uz¤È ±.œ.q.Ü *¹þ1 Unit Price Negarit G. P.O.Box 80001 gA 6¹þ3)0 ØÁ‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R 09 የካቲት 1 q N 2 ሺ4 ›.M Federal Negarit Gazeta No.19 9th February, 2012 …….... page 6310 “ሆኖም ሚኒስቴሩ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲያገኘው ይህንን የመመዝገቢያ ጊዜ ገደብ ለተጨማሪ "provided, however, that the Ministry may, አንድ ዓመት ሊያራዝመው ይችላል፡፡” where it finds it necessary, extend by one year the time limit for such registration."
3. Effective Date 3. አዋጁ የሚጸናበት ጊዜ This Proclamation shall enter into force on the 24th ይህ አዋጅ ከሐምሌ 07 ቀን 2ሺ3 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የጸና ይሆናል፡፡ day of July, 2011.
