Amendment of Regulation No. 83 “Establishment of the Procedure for Calculation and Payment of Charges for Special Use of Water” of 11 November 1997 of the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 9 of 4 February of 1999 of the Minister of Environment Pursuant to subsection 111(9) of the Water Act (RT (State Gazette) I 1994,40,655; 1996, 13, 241; 1998, 2, 47; 61, 987; 1999, 10, 155), I hereby establish: to amend clause 1 of Regulation No. 83 “Establishment of the Procedure for Calculation and Payment of Charges for Special Use of Water” of 11 November 1997 of the Minister of Environment (RTL 1997, 196/197, 1037) to read as follows: “1. In extracting water from a water body or a ground water aquifer, payment for special use of water shall be made in accordance with the charge rates established by the Government of Estonia.“ Villu Reiljan, Minister of Environment Rein Ratas, Secretary General
