  1. Art. 2 — L'article ler du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du

    Art. 2. — L'article ler du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit: « Article ler. — ......... (Sans changement jusqu’à) La délimitation de ces zones est définie respectivement en annexes 1, 2, 3 et 4 du présent décret. éosseees (Le reste sans changement)................».

  2. Art. 3 — L'article 3 du décret exécutif n° 07-127

    Art. 3. — L'article 3 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit : « Ait. 3. — Sont classés en zone fiscale A tous les périmètres de prospection, de recherche et/ou d'exploitation des hydrocarbures situés à l’intérieur des zones Al, A2-1, A2-2, A3, A4, AS et A6 dont les coordonnées géographiques figurent en annexe 1 du présent décret, y compris les périmètres de recherche et/ou d’exploitation en mer (Offshore) ».

  3. Art. 4 — L'article 4 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du

    Art. 4 — L'article 4 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit : « Art. 4 — Sont classés en zone fiscale B tous les périmètres de prospection, de recherche et/ou d’exploitation des hydrocarbures situés à l’intérieur de la zone B dont les coordonnées géographiques figurent en annexe 2 du présent décret ».

  4. Art. 5 — L'article 5 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du

    Art. 5. — L'article 5 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit : « Art. 5. — Sont classés en zone fiscale C tous les périmètres de prospection, de recherche et/ou d'exploitation des hydrocarbures situés à l’intérieu r des zones Cl, C2, C3, C4, CS, C6 et C7 dont les coordonnées géographiques figurent en annexe 3 du présent décret ».

  5. Art. 6 — L'article 6 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du

    Art. 6. — L'article 6 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit : « Art. 6. — Sont classés en zone fiscale D tous les périmètres de prospection, de recherche et/ou d’exploitation des hydrocarbures situés à l’intérieur de la zone D dont les coordonnées géographiques figurent en annexe 4 du présent décret».

  6. Art. 7 — L'article 7 du décret exécutif n° 07-127

    Art. 7. — L'article 7 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est complété par un alinéa 1n fine comme suit : Pour des raisons de non-évidence de prospectivité minimale en hydrocarbures dans certains périmètres, l’agence nationale pour la valorisation des ressources en hydrocarbures «ALNAFT» peut adapter, si nécessaire, le nombre de parcelles composant les périmètres de prospection, de recherche et/ou d’exploitation des hydrocarbures après accord préalable du ministre chargé des hydrocarbures ». Ait. 8 — L'article 9 du décret exécutif n° 07-127 du 5 mai 2007, susvisé, est modifié, complété et rédigé comme suit : «Ait. 9. — Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des dispositions des articles 37, 38 et 41 de la loi n° 05-07 du 28 avril 2005, susvisée, la liste des périmètres de prospection de recherche et/ou d’exploitation des hydrocarbures est précisée régulièrement par arrêté du ministre chargé des hydrocarbures, et l’agence nationale pour la valorisation des ressources en hydrocarbures «ALNAEFT>» publie périodiquement la carte de situation actualisée des périmètres composant le domaine minier national. »

  7. Art. 9 — Le présent décret sera publié au Journal
