1997 WATER AND SEWERAGE S.R.O.29" COMMONWEALTH OFDOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 29 OF 1991 ORDER MADEbytheMinisterundersection5(2)oftheWaterandSewerageAct, (Chap. 43:40). (Gazetted 19th June , 1997.) 1. This Order may be cited as the WATER AND SEWERAGE (EXCLUSIVE LICENCE REMOVAL OF SEWERAGE) ORDER 1997. Short title. 2. The Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited is. Licence. hereby granted an exclusive licence to provide the service of Ch.43:40. removal of sewerage by means of the sewerage system or any part thereof, including services incidental thereto, and permittedunder the Water and Sewerage Act. 3.
