1994 WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) ACT9 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ACT No. 9 oF 1994 LS 16th September, I 994. I assent C.A. SORHAINDO President. AN ACT TO AMEND THE WATER AND SEWERAGE ACT, CHAP. 43:40. (Gazetted 22nd September, 1994.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994. Short title. 2. In this Act the Water and Sewerage Actis referred to as "th,: Interpretation. Act". Ch. 43'40. 67 68 Repeal of section 30of the AcL 1994 WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) ACT9 3. Section 30 of the Act is repealed. 1994.
