1993 STRATA TITLES REGISTRATION ACT 16 (AMENDMENT) 141 COMMONWEALTH OFDOMINICA ACT No. 160F 1993 1 assent C.A. SORHAlNDO President. 31st December,1993. AN ACT TO AMEND THE STRATA TITLES REGISTRA TION ACT, CHAP. 56:52. (Gazetted 10th March ,1994.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the STRATA TITLES REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1993. Short title. 2. In this Act the Strata Titles Registration Act is referred to Interpretation. as "the Act". at. 56:52. 142 1993 STRATA TITLES REGISTRATION ACT 16 (AMENDMENT) Amendment of 3. Section 2 of the Act is amended by inserting the following section 2 of the ACL after the definition of the words "the Court" First schedule. Act No. '1:1 of 1991. ""Deputy Registrar" means the office of the Deputy Registrarasspecified in the First Schedule of the Public Service Act." Amendment of sections 3.9.10.11.12 and 14 of the Act. 4. Sections 3(1),9(5).10(2).11(3),12(3). and 14(1)(a)and (b) are amended by inserting the words "or the Deputy Registrar" after the word "Titles" wherever that word appears.
