SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS Made by the Minister after consultation with the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Ltd. under section 68 of the Water and Sewerage Act, Chap. 43:40. (b) These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1'1 day of September, 2007. 2. The Sewerage Regulations 1997 is amended by deleting Schedule I and substituting the following Rate Per Property Per Month (b) Commercial and Industrial (other than Industrial under paragraph (c») 40% of total water charges but not less than $45.00 and not more than $2,500.00 Short tille and Commencement.
