1997 ROSEAU MARKET (AMENDMENT) ACT 18 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ACT No. 18 oF 1997 15th 1anuary, 1998. I assent C.A SORHAINDO President AN ACT TO AMEND THE ROSEAU MARKET ACT, CHAP. 20:08. (Gazetted 22nd January, 1998.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the ROSEAU MARKET (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997. 307 Short title. 308 Interpretation. Ch. 20:08. Amendment of section 13 of the Act. 1997 ROSEAU MARKET (AMENDMENT) ACTIS 2. In this Act the Roseau Market Act is referred to as "the Act". 3. Section 13 of the Act is amended by replacing subsection (I) with the following: "(!) The accounts of the market shall be au dited annually by the Director of Audit or by an auditor appointed by the Market Authority with the approval of the Minister.".
