AN ACT TO AMEND THE DOMINICA AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIAL AND DEVELOPMENT BANK ACT, (CHAP. 74:03). (Gazetted 22nd January, 1998.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the DOMINICA AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIAL AND DEVELOPMENT BANK (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997. Short title. 260 1997 "DOMINICAA.GRICUL11JRA.L ACT 13 INDUSTRlAL>AND DEVELOPMENT BANK (AMENDMENT) Interpretation. Ch.74:03. Amendment of section23 of the Act. 2••InthlsAct the DominicaAgricultural Industrial and Devel opment Bank Act is referred to as "the Act". 3. Section 23 subsection (3) of the Actis amended by deleting the words "or AssistantManager" and insertingthe words"Assistant Manager or other officers" immediately before the words "the power to approve loans".
