AN ACT TO AMEND THE CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY ACT, NO. 33 OF 1967. (Gazetted 16th January, 1969.) BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty; by and with the advice and consent of the House of Assembly of Dominica. and by the authority of the same as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the 145 CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY (AMEND- Short title. MEN1) ACT, 1968. 2. In this Act, "Act'' means the Central Water Interpretation. Authority Act No. 33 of 1967. ]. Section 2 of the Act is amended as follows (a) by inserting the word "the" between the words ''for" and "purpose" occurring in the definition of the term "Waterworks", and (b) by adding the letter "s" to the aforemen tioned word ''purpose". 4. Section 11 of the Act is amended by replacing the figure 10 appearing in the second line thereof with the figure 8. 5. Section 23, subsection 3(a) of the Act is amended as follows (a) by reph.cing the word "whether" occurring in the penultimate line of the subsection with the word ''and'', Amendment of section 2 of the Act. Amendment of section I I of the Act. Amendment of section 23 of the Act. 146 1968 CENTRAL WATER AUTIIORITY ACT 33 (AMENDMENT) {b) by adding a full stop afler the word "services", and (c) by ddeting the words .. or not".
