l:ARlB RESERVE COUNCIL (DISSOLUTION) S.R.O.37 COMMONWEALTH OFDOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No. 37 OF 1994 ORDER MADE by the Minister under section 14(5) of the Carib Reserve Act, (Chap. 25:90). (Gazetted 7th July, 1994.) WHEREAS itis provided by section 14 subsection (5) of the Carib Reserve Act that the Minister shall three days before any general election ofmembers held under the provisions of section 52 of the Act dissolve the Council; AND WHEREAS Monday the4th day ofJuly, 1994has been fixed as Election Day in respect of the Carib Reserve Council; NOW, THEREFORE, I, HENRY GEORGE, Minister for Community Development and Social Affairs, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the CARIB RESERVE COUNCIL (DISSOLUTION) ORDER 1994. Short title. 2. The Carib Reserve Council is dissolved on the 1st day of Dissolutionof J I 1994 Carib Reserve U YJ • COunCIl. 3. Upon dissolution ofthe Council and until the newly elected Vesting of property, Council first meets subsequent to the general elections of the etc. Council all property real and personal belonging to or vested in the Council shall vest in the outgoing Chairman and Clerk of the 1994 CARIB RESERVE COUNCIL (DISSOLUTION) S.R.O.37 Council and all duties, liabilities and powers ofthe Council shall be discharged, exercised and performed by the outgoing Chairman and Clerk of the Council.
