Decreto Nº 37.480/MINAET - Declara la Estrategia Nacional de Manejo Integral del Fuego en Costa Rica 2012-2021 y su Plan Nacional de Acción como los instrumentos oficiales para la planificación, control, seguimiento y evaluación en esta materia, ratifica a la Comisión Nacional sobre Incendios Forestales (CONIFOR) y crea el Programa Nacional de Manejo Integral del Fuego, el Comité Técnico Nacional de Incendios Forestales (COTENA) y el Centro Nacional de Manejo Integral del Fuego (CENMIF) del Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación (SINAC)
