The wildlife management barren-ground caribou management areas shall be delimited in accordance with the descriptions in the Schedule and shall be known by the names respectively assigned to them. 1. Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le 1er août 1998. 4 SCHEDULE ANNEXE In this Schedule, "Auyuittuq National Park Reserve" means all that land in the Northwest Territories set aside by instrument numbered SOR/76-256 on April 9, 1976 as a reserve for a National Park of Canada and more particularly described in Part II of Schedule V to An Act to Amend the National Parks Act, S.C. 1974,c.11; (réserve de parc national Auyuittuq) "Ellesmere Island National Park Reserve" means those tides and those lands set aside as a reserve for a National Park on Ellesmere Island in the Northwest Territories and more particularly described in Schedule III to the National Parks Act, S.C. 1988,c.48; (réserve de parc national de l’île d’Ellesmere) "Polar Bear Pass National Wildlife Area" means all that land in the Northwest Territories set aside as a national wildlife area and more particularly described in the Wildlife Area Regulations , C.R.C. 1978,c.1609.
