[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Act means The Agri-Food Act, 2004, S.S. 2004, c. A-15.21. (Loi) canaryseed means any seed from the canaryseed plant Phalaris canariensis that is produced in Saskatchewan. (Office) Supervisory Board means the Agri-Food Council con tinued by the Act.
