“Park” means the Roosevelt Campobello International Park established jointly between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Canada. 1964, c.11, s.1. « Commission » désigne la Commission du parc inter national Roosevelt de Campobello; 1978, c.D-11.2, art.36; 1986, c.8, art.115; 1992, c.2, art.54; 2004, c.20, art.59. 6(1) The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations prohibiting, regulating, controlling, and li censing trades, businesses, amusements, sports, occupa tions, and other activities or undertakings in an area four hundred feet in width surrounding the Park. 6(1) Le lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil peut établir des règlements tendant à interdire, réglementer, contrôler et autoriser les métiers, commerces, amusements, sports, professions et autres activités ou entreprises dans un péri mètre de quatre cents pieds de large autour du parc. 6(2) A person who violates any provision of the regula tions commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category B of fence. 6(2) Quiconque contrevient ou omet de se conformer à une disposition des règlements commet une infraction pu nissable en vertu de la Partie II de la Loi sur la procédure applicable aux infractions provinciales à titre d’infraction de la classe B.
