NEW BRUNSWICK REGULATION 82-5 under the RÈGLEMENT DU NOUVEAU-BRUNSWICK 82-5 pris en vertu de la MARSHLAND RECLAMATION ACT (O.C. 82-14) LOI SUR L’ASSÈCHEMENT DES MARAIS (D.C. 82-14) Filed January 7, 1982 Déposé le 7 janvier 1982 Under section 43 of the Marshland Reclamation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation: En vertu de l’article 43 de la Loi sur l’assèchement des marais, le lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil établit le rè glement suivant : 1 This Regulation may be cited as the Reports and Re turns by Marsh Bodies Regulation - Marshland Reclama tion Act. 1 Le présent règlement peut être cité sous le titre : Rè glement sur les rapports et déclarations des organismes chargés de travaux de marais - Loi sur l’assèchement des marais. 2 In this Regulation 2 Dans le présent règlement “Executive Committee” means the Executive Commit tee of a Marsh Body established as set forth in the Marsh land Reclamation Act. « bureau exécutif » désigne le bureau exécutif d’un or ganisme chargé de travaux de marais, constitué confor mément aux dispositions de la Loi sur l’assèchement des marais. 3 The Executive Committee of a Marsh Body shall, on or before the first day of May in each year, file or cause to be filed with the Secretary of the Commission the follow ing statements of the Marsh Body, verified by the auditor: 3 Le bureau exécutif d’un organisme chargé de travaux de marais doit, au plus tard le premier jour de mai de cha que année, déposer ou faire déposer auprès du secrétaire de la Commission les états financiers vérifiés suivants : (a) a statement of receipts and payments for the pre ceding fiscal year; a) un état des recettes et déboursés de l’exercice pré cédent; (b) a statement of assets and liabilities as at the end of the preceding fiscal year; b) un état de l’actif et du passif à la clôture de l’exer cice précédent; (c) a statement of the special reserve fund showing the application of money in the said fund; and c) un état du fonds spécial de réserve et de son utili sation; et (d) a statement of unpaid assessments classified as follows: d) un état des contributions impayées classifiées comme suit : M-5 Marshland Reclamation Act 82-5 1 (i) those on which a demand has not been made, (i) celles qui n’ont pas été réclamées; (ii) those on which a demand has been made, and (ii) celles qui ont été réclamées; et (iii) those on which an execution has been issued.
