[...] Inconsistencies in regulations (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subse quent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instruments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. These Regulations may be cited as the Report on the State of Canada’s Forests Regulations. 1. Règlement sur le rapport sur l’état des forêts au Canada. REPORT RAPPORT 2. By June 30 of each year, the Minister of Natural Resources shall prepare a report respecting the state of the forests in Canada and their contribution to the econo my and environment of Canada and to the social well being of Canadians. 2. Le ministre des Ressources naturelles établit, pour le 30 juin de chaque année, un rapport sur l’état des fo rêts au Canada et leur contribution à l’économie et à l’environnement canadiens ainsi qu’au bien-être social des Canadiens et Canadiennes.
