Definitions Définitions 2 The following definitions apply in this Regulation. 2 Les définitions qui suivent s’appliquent au présent règlement. “Act” means the Aquaculture Act. (Loi) “inland site” means a site that is situated in non-tidal waters or on land. (site terrestre) “marine site” means a site that is situated in tidal wa‐ ters. (site marin) « Loi » La Loi sur l’aquaculture. (Act) « site marin » Site situé en eaux soumises au marées. (marine site) « site terrestre » Site situé sur terre ou en eaux non soumises aux marées. (inland site) Designation of aquaculture land Désignation d’une terre aquacole 3 For the purposes of subsection 8(2) of the Act, the application fee for a designation of aquaculture land is $500. 3 Aux fins d’application du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi, les droits à verser pour une demande de désignation d’une terre aquacole sont de 500 $. Leases Baux 4(1) For the purposes of section 15 of the Act, the ap‐ plication fee for a lease is $2,400. 4(1) Aux fins d’application de l’article 15 de la Loi, les droits à verser pour une demande de bail sont de 2 400 $. 4(2) For the purposes of section 19 of the Act, the rent for a lease is 4(2) Aux fins d’application de l’article 19 de la Loi, le montant du loyer à verser pour un bail : (a) $250/hectare for a commercial marine site for finfish, and a) est de 250 $ par hectare pour un site marin de culture de poissons à des fins commerciales; (b) for a commercial marine site for shellfish, the greater of b) s’agissant d’un site marin de culture de mollus‐ ques à des fins commerciales, est le plus élevé des montants suivants : (i) $20/hectare, and (i) 20 $ par hectare, (ii) $200.
