Modification du R.M. 171/2001 1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la désignation des territoires fauniques, R.M. 171/2001. 2 Subsection 1(7) is amended by striking out "Plan No. 19008A" and substituting " Plan No. 19008B". 2 Le paragraphe 1(7) est modifié par substitution, à « 19008A », de « 19008B ». 3 Subsection 2(3) is amended by adding "and those portions of the northeast quarter of Section 5 contained within the limits of Water Control Works Plan No. 1360, being the Portage Diversion, filed in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office," after "Section 5". 3 Le paragraphe 2(3) est modifié par adjonction, après « section 5 », de « et les parties du quart nord-est de la section 5 comprises dans les limites des ouvrages de régularisation des eaux, plan no 1360, soit le canal Portage, déposé au Bureau des titres fonciers de Winnipeg ». 4(1) The following is added after subsection 6(15): 4(1) Il est ajouté, après le paragraphe 6(15), ce qui suit : Delta Marsh 6(15.1) All those portions of Crown land shown on Plan No. 20291A filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg.
