[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Commodity Board means the Quebec Flue-Cured To bacco Producers’ Board constituted under the Plan; (Of fice de commercialisation) flue-cured tobacco means flue-cured tobacco produced in the Province of Quebec; (tabac jaune) Plan means the Quebec Flue-Cured Tobacco Producers’ Plan sanctioned and declared in force by the Quebec Agricultural Marketing Board as published in the Quebec Official Gazette of June 21, 1958, pursuant to the Agri cultural Marketing Act of Quebec. (Plan) 2 Dans le présent décret, Office de commercialisation désigne l’Office des pro ducteurs de tabac jaune du Québec constitué en vertu du Plan; (Commodity Board) Plan désigne le plan conjoint des producteurs de tabac jaune du Québec sanctionné et déclaré en vigueur par l’Office des marchés agricoles du Québec, tel que publié dans la Gazette Officielle de Québec du 21 juin 1958 en vertu de la Loi des marchés agricoles du Québec; (Plan) tabac jaune désigne le tabac jaune produit dans la pro vince de Québec. (flue-cured tobacco) Interprovincial and Export Trade Marché interprovincial et commerce d’exportation 3 The Commodity Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of flue-cured tobacco in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Quebec, exercise all or any powers like the powers exer cisable by it in relation to the marketing of flue-cured to bacco locally within the Province of Quebec under the heading “Obligations, powers and attributions” of the Plan, excepting the powers exercisable under paragraphs (g) and (o) in subsection “And particularly” of the said heading of the Plan. 3 L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé à régler la vente du tabac jaune sur le marché interprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation et, pour ces objets, à exercer, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui se trouvent dans les limites de la province de Québec, tous pouvoirs semblables à ceux qu’il peut exercer quant au placement du tabac jaune, localement, dans les limites de la province de Québec en vertu de la rubrique «Obliga tions, pouvoirs et attributions» du Plan, sauf les pouvoirs qui peuvent être exercés en vertu des alinéas g) et o) du paragraphe «Et particulièrement» de ladite rubrique du Plan.
