In this regulation, "Act" means the Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 6. Effective date 2. The effective date for the purposes of the Act is April 14, 2008. Vested lands 3. The corporations that are set out in Column 1 are designated for the purposes of the section of the Act shown opposite each of them as set out in Column 2: Item Column 1 - Corporation Column 2 - Section of the Act 1 BLOCKS A & B LAND LTD. (Number: BC0818371) Section 2 2 BLOCK F LAND LTD. (Number: BC0817948) Section 3 (1) (a) MUSQUEAM RECONCILIATION, SETTLEMENT AND BENEFITS AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION REGULATION 71/2008 B.C.
