[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interprovincial Trade Marché interprovincial 3 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commodity Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of milk in inter provincial trade and for those purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Manitoba, exercise all or any powers like the powers ex ercisable by the Commodity Board in relation to the mar keting of milk locally within that Province under the Act and the Plan. 3 (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), les pouvoirs conférés à l’Office de commercialisation par la Loi et le Plan relativement à la commercialisation du lait dans la province du Manitoba, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui s’y trouvent, sont étendus au marché interpro vincial. Manitoba Milk Order Décret sur le lait du Manitoba Levies or Charges Taxes et prélèvements Section 4 Article 4 Current to November 21, 2016 2 À jour au 21 novembre 2016 Levies or Charges Taxes et prélèvements 4 The Commodity Board may, in relation to the powers granted to it under section 3, (a) fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk and collect the levies or charges from persons described in subsection 3(1) who are en gaged in the production or marketing of milk and for those purposes may classify those persons into groups and fix the levies or charges payable by the members of the different groups in different amounts; and (b) use the levies or charges for the purposes of the Commodity Board, including the creation of reserves, the payment of expenses and losses resulting from the sale or disposal of milk and the equalization or adjust ment among producers of milk of moneys realized from the sale thereof during such period or periods of time as the Commodity Board may determine.
