Reg. 358/98 Deposited October 23, 1998 O.C. 1350/98 effective October 23, 1998 Geothermal Resources Act GEOTHERMAL GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION REGULATION Note: Check the Cumulative Regulation Bulletin 2014 for any non-consolidated amendments to this regulation that may be in effect. [includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 269/2010, October 4, 2010] Point in Time Definition 1 In this regulation, "commission" means the Oil and Gas Commission under the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. Application of regulations under the Oil and Gas Activities Act 2 (1) The Geophysical Exploration Regulation under the Oil and Gas Activities Act applies for the purposes of the Geothermal Resources Act to exploration for geothermal resources. (2) References to the commission in the Geophysical Exploration Regulation, as it applies for the purposes of the Geothermal Resources Act, must be read as references to the minister responsible for the administration of the Geothermal Resources Act.
