and (vii) la signature du conducteur du véhicule; et (viii) any additional information the Minister may require under subsection (3), and (viii) tout renseignement supplémentaire que le Ministre peut exiger en vertu du paragraphe (3), et (b) comply with any requirements imposed by the Minister under subsection (3). b) être conforme à toutes les exigences imposées par le Ministre en vertu du paragraphe (3). 2014, c.134 Transportation of Primary Forest Products Act 2002-37 5 3(3) The Minister may require that transportation cer tificates contain information in addition to that required under subsection (1) or (2), as the case may be, and may impose requirements to be met in relation to the format, binding and printing of transportation certificates, which may differ on the basis of the different classes of vehi cles whose operators are required to possess, produce or deliver transportation certificates, on the basis of differ ent sources or destinations of primary forest products or on any other basis. 2004-93; transportation certificates and transportation certificates used or to be used by employees of that em ployer, establish the requirements and directions apply ing to their 8(1) Nonobstant toute autre 9(1) If the operator of a vehicle carrying primary for est products changes during a trip, and before all of the primary forest products have been removed from the ve hicle, the original operator shall deliver the original transportation certificate to the subsequent operator, who shall add his or her name to the transportation certificate and shall assume the responsibilities of the original
