Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du ministre, en vertu de l’article 12 de la Loi sur les licences d’exploitation des commerces et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur les licences d’exploitation des établissements alimentaires. 1. These regulations apply to food establishments to which the Food Establishment Safety Regulations established under the Public Health Act apply. 1. Le présent règlement vise les établissements alimentaires auxquels s’applique le Règlement sur la sécurité dans les établissements alimentaires pris en vertu de la Loi sur la santé publique. 2. No licence may be issued under the Business Licence Act to any applicant for a business to be carried on in a food establishment unless the applicant produces a valid food establishment permit issued under the Food Establishment Safety Regulations. 2. Aucune licence ne peut être délivrée en vertu de la Loi sur les licences d’exploitation des commerces relativement à un commerce qui sera exploité dans un établissement alimentaire à moins que le demandeur de licence ne produise un permis d’établissement alimentaire valide délivré en vertu du Règlement sur la sécurité dans les établissements alimentaires. 3. The Eating or Drinking Places Business Licence Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.B-4, are repealed. 3.
