Green Energy Act, 2009 Loi de 2009 sur l’énergie verte ONTARIO REGULATION 329/09 DEFINITIONS Consolidation Period: From September 9, 2009 to the e-Laws currency date. No amendments. This Regulation is made in English only. Definitions 1. In the Act and the regulations, “biofuel” has the same meaning as in Ontario Regulation 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions) made under the Electricity Act, 1998; “biogas” has the same meaning as in Ontario Regulation 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions) made under the Electricity Act, 1998; “biomass” has the same meaning as in Ontario Regulation 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions) made under the Electricity Act, 1998.
