1 These regulations may be cited as The Crown Minerals Transfer Regulations, 2005. Interpretation

2 In these regulations, “pre-converted certificate of title” means a certificate of title as it existed before being converted pursuant to section 195 of The Land Titles Act, 2000. Transfer of certain Crown interests, Crown minerals and Crown mineral lands 3(1) The portion of the Crown’s interest in the Crown minerals and Crown mineral lands set out in the pre-converted certificates of titles that are listed in Part I of the Appendix is transferred to the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (2) The Crown minerals and Crown mineral lands set out in Part II of the Appendix are transferred to V.O.A. Developments Ltd. (3) The beneficial interest in the Crown minerals and Crown mineral lands described in the mineral trust certificate that is set out in Part III of the Appendix and that is to be issued by the minister after the coming into force of this section is transferred to V.O.A. Developments Ltd.
