Reg. 373/94 O.C. 1302/94 Deposited October 14, 1994 Heritage Conservation Act APPLICATION REGULATION Note: Check the Cumulative Regulation Bulletin 2014 for any non-consolidated amendments to this regulation that may be in effect. [includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 219/2012, July 19, 2012] Provisions applicable to heritage property 1 For the purposes of section 23 of the Heritage Conservation Act, sections 2, 3 (1), 8 (1) to (4), 9 and 14 to 27 of the Park Act apply to a Provincial heritage property. [am. B.C. Reg. 219/2012, App. 1, s. 1.] McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site 2 (1) For the purposes of section 23 of the Heritage Conservation Act, in addition to the provisions listed in section 1 of this regulation, sections 11, 29.1 and 30 (5) of the Park Act apply to the McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site. (2) Despite section 1 of this regulation, section 9 of the Park Act does not apply to the McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site. [en. B.C.
