[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act of Alberta; (Loi) Commodity Board means the Alberta Egg and Fowl Marketing Board established pursuant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) egg means the egg of a hen produced in Alberta and in cludes the egg product of a hen produced and prepared in Alberta; (œuf) hen means the hen of any class of the domestic chicken belonging to the species Gallus Domesticus. (poule) 2 Dans le présent décret, Loi désigne la loi dite The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act de l’Alberta; (Act) œuf désigne l’œuf de poule produit en Alberta et com prend tout sous-produit d’œuf de poule produit et prépa ré en Alberta; (egg) Office de commercialisation désigne l’office dit Alberta Egg and Fowl Marketing Board, constitué en vertu de la Loi; (Commodity Board) poule désigne la poule de toute classe de volaille domes tique de l’espèce Gallus Domesticus. (hen) Levies Contributions 3 The Commodity Board is authorized, (a) [Revoked, SOR/80-90] (b) in relation to the powers that may be granted to it with respect to the marketing of eggs in interprovin cial and export trade, to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Al berta who are engaged in the marketing of eggs and for such purpose classifying such persons into groups and fixing the levies or charges payable by the members of the different groups in different amounts and the 3 L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé, a) [Abrogé, DORS/80-90] b) à l’égard des pouvoirs qui peuvent lui être conférés, en ce qui concerne le placement des œufs sur le mar ché interprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation, par ordonnance, à fixer, imposer et percevoir des contri butions ou droits, de la part de personnes qui se trouvent dans la province d’Alberta et adonnées à la production ou au placement des œufs et, à cette fin, à classer ces per sonnes en groupes et à fixer les contributions ou droits payables par les membres des différents groupes, en Alberta Egg Order Décret relatif aux oeufs de l’Alberta Levies Contributions Section 3 Article 3 Current to November 21, 2016 2 À jour au 21 novembre 2016 Commodity Board may use such levies or charges for its purposes, including the creation of reserves and the pay ment of expenses and losses resulting from the sale or disposal of eggs and the equalization or adjustment among the producers of eggs of moneys realized from the sale thereof during such period or periods of time as it may determine.
