Notifiable plant pests. CAP.211. Restrictions on sale, etc., of restricted articles. 340 CAP. 211] Belize Agricultural Health Authority 1. CHAPTER 211 NOTIFIABLE PLANT PEST (CITRUS CANKER AND ClTlUJS L.li:.PKUSlS) Ulill.li:K f 2Yth June, 2()02.j This Order may be cited as the NOTIFIABLE PLANT PESTS (CITRUS CANKER AND CITRUS LEPROSIS) ORDER. 2. It is hereby notified and declared that Citrus Canker and Citrus Leprosis are notifiable plant pests for the purposes of section 35 (a) and (I) of the Belize Agncultural Health Authonty Act. 3. A person shall (a) immediately notify the Belize Agricultural Health Authority of the presence or suspected presence of Citrus Canker or Citrus Leprosis many area; (b) not possess, carry or import wooden pallets made from Citrus Canker from infested areas; (c) not possess, carry or import citrus products or plant parts from infested areas without the prior written approval of the Belize Agricultural HealthAuthority. Commencement. 4. This Order shall come into force on the 15th day of March, 2002.
