These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENn REGULATIONS, 1996. and shall be read and construed as one with the Fisheries Regulations, which as amended, are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 5 A of the principal Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced by the following: 11 5 A.
