STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 76 of 1997 REGULATIONS made by the Mi,.ister of Agriculture and Fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13 of the Fisherits Act, Chapter 174 o/the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 1980-1990, and all other pQwers thereunto him e,rabling. (Gazetted 9th August, 1997.) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) (NO, 3) REGULATIONS, 1997, and shall be read and construed as one with the Fisheries Regulations, which as amended, are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 5A of the principal Regulations is hereby amended by the repeal of subregulation ( I) and its replace ment by the following: "(!)
