BELIZE: STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 105 of 2022 REGULATIONS made by the Minister responsible for fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 87 of the Fisheries Resources Act, Chapter 210 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2020, and all other powers thereunto him enabling. (Gazetted 16th July, 2022) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 2022. 2. The Fisheries (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2021 is revoked.
