1. Short title.
2. Substitution of term. No. 35] Antibiotics 307 No. 35 of 2021 I assent, (H.E. MS. FROYLA TZALAM) Governor-General 11th November 2021 6th November, 2021. AN ACT to amend the Antibiotics Act, Chapter 33 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2011, to replace the term Director of Health Services with the term Director of Public Health and Wellness; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. (Gazetted 11th November, 2021) BE IT ENACTED, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives and Senate of Belize and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. This Act may be cited as the Short title. ANTIBIOTICS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021, 308 Antibiotics [No. 35 CAP. 33. and shall be read and construed as one with the Antibiotics Act, which is hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. Substitution 2. The principal Act is amended by deleting the term of term. “Director of Health Services” wherever it appears and substituting the term “Director of Public Health and Wellness”.
