C.92 Statutory Jnstmment No. 35 of 1986 TRIBAL LAND ACT (Cap. 32:02) TRIBAL LAND (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1986 (Published on 25th April, 1986) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH I. Citation 2. Amendment of First Schedule to Cap. 32:02 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Local Government and Lands by section 3 (6) of the Tribal Land Act, the following Order is hereby made Ci1ation Amendment of First Schedule Cap. 82:02 1. This Order may be cited as the Tribal Land (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1986. 2. The First Schedule to the Tribal Land Act is hereby amended by substituting for paragraph (a) of the Third column thereof 1he following new paragraph "(a) one member being the nominee of the Chief" MADE this 16th day of April, 1986.
