Prohibition of hunting in certain areas C.179 IN EXER.CISli of the powett confe~d on d}e Mlnittet of C()mmer,;:c and lndustty by sec-tion 46 (1) of the Fauna Conservation Act, the following Order is hereby made l. This Order may be cited a.'i the Prohibition of Hunting Order, 1991. 2. (1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), no person except a concession holder shall, until further notice, hunt any animal in the Kwan do and Savuti Controlled Hunting Areas (Areas Nos 5 and 6 respectively) falling north of the road from Seronga passing through Xwarnxwi to Savuti.
