Citation This Order may be cited as the Jwaneng Waterworks (Prescribed Charges) Order. 2. Prescription of tariffs The charges in the Schedule hereto are hereby prescribed as charges to be paid for water supplied to consumers of water in the Jwaneng Waterworks Area at the rate, per kilolitre, specified in the Schedule. The Water Utilities Corporation has, with the approval of the Minister of Mineral Resources and Water Affairs, and with effect from the 8th October, 1992, prescribed the following charges in respect of water supplied to the waterworks areas of Gaborone/Lobatse, Jwaneng, Francistown/Sowa and Selebi-Phikwe: (a) the minimum charge to be paid by any consumer for water supplied shall be P7 per month; (b) a consumer shall pay P30 for a connection or a reconnection;
