ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY (BOARD OF ASSESSMENT) (FEES AND ALLOWANCES) ORDER (under section 35) (24th August, 1973) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Fees 3. Expenses S.I. 65, 1973, S.I. 85, 1980. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Acquisition of Property (Board of Assessment) (Fees and Allowances) Order. 2. Fees (1) The chairman of a Board of Assessment shall be paid a fee of P350 for each day or part thereof in which the Board sits. (2) A member of a Board of Assessment shall be paid a fee of P300 for each day or part thereof on which the Board sits. 3.
