Short title. This Act may be cited as the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (Amendment) Act, 2012. 2. Insertion of new section 41A into Ch. 306. The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority Act' is amended by the insertion immediately after section 4 1 of a new section as follows - "41A.Minister to lay Annual Report and Annual Plan in Parllamcnt. The Minister shall, as soon as possible after publication, cause the annual plan and report of URCA referred to in section 41 to be laid before both chambers of Parliament.
