Marine Products (Fisheries) (Amendment) Rules 1966

In e.i:ercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister for Agri culture and Fisheries by section 5 of The Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1963 the following Rules are hereby made: 1. These Rules nmy be cited as the Marine Products (Fisheries> Titl~. (Amendment) Rules 1966 and shall be read as one with the Marine Prod t F . l R O.G. 1954 uc s < tshories ules 1954, hereinafter referred to as the p. 255 t>rinrio,.J 'RnlP!;. Amends rule 7 of the principal Rules. 2. Rule 7 of the principal Rules is hereby amcnded: (a) by deleting tl1e expressions "16th day of Malich.. and "31st day of August" appearing in paragraph (1) there of and substituting thcl'efor respectively the expressions "1st day of April" and "31,;t day or July"; and Cb) by deletir.g the expressions "16th day of l\Iaz;ch" and "30th day of Septemhcl'" appcnrinr. in paragraph ( 2) thereof and substituting therefor respectively the ex pressions "1st day oC April" and "31st day of July".
